Please understand that I'm running a tight ship so if you find any of the policies limiting, I apologize. I am committed to providing best service to you and it requires little extra time to handle your requests with care. Shipping & Delivery
You may order any day but here's a little secret; the best days to place orders are Mondays & Thursdays as Lasya processes orders on Tuesdays & Fridays allowing 24 hours for you to change your mind. Please allow 5-7 days for order delivery from the time Lasya receives your order.
It would be great if you gifted rather than returning your purchase. Can you think of anyone who deserves a "thank you" or "just because" gift from you? Yes!!! What a wonderful person you are to have in ones life.
No? There's no one to gift it to? That's perfectly fine. You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Please package your return in 8x10 envelope and send it via USPS mail. Don't forget the postage on the package.
Lasya will happily accept your returned product and provide you a refund as soon as possible, usually within 7 days of when an item received by Lasya. Note, that the refund provided is for the product and taxes only, shipping and labeling cost is not included in the refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, Lasya requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Lasya’s error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Lasya will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. Lasya will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Lasya only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 1107 FAIR OAKS AVE, SOUTH PASADENA, CA 91030.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You may cancel your order without charge within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, there's nothing to be done but wait and see how the product changes your mind.
